Hari Raya project 1-Pineapple Tarts

Its almost endless making the pineapple tarts to accomodate the orders. Each piece is carefully weigh and shaped and trims at the edges.... the traditional way of making tarts with generous amount of fillings..... oh no molds please......

All ready to bake.....
Couldn't remember how many pieces I stared molding in 1 day..... 1000???
