Blueberry Tart. I went to Bakewell ingredients store the other day, saw the "blueberry filling for cookies" and later remembered Ita's Delight was also conducting the class for blueberry tart. Since I didnt have the recipe, decide to create my version of the blueberry tart and to my surprise my brother love it.

Its almost endless making the pineapple tarts to accomodate the orders. Each piece is carefully weigh and shaped and trims at the edges.... the traditional way of making tarts with generous amount of fillings..... oh no molds please......
