I usually received orders for engagements and present as a gifts to relatives or friend. One afternoon my new student said she interested in cake decor, so I thought why not impart some my knowledge in cake decorating.

Cake Decorating Class

This week, I received 2 guest students, Hasnah and Ros. All the way from Pasir Ris and Tampines. Hasnah has asked if I could teach barbie doll cake decor, so I thought why not we do all 4 products, barbie doll, basketweave & edible image cake. Both has basic cake decor fundamental so it was easy and they are very creative too! Class started at 10.30am and ended almost 5pm and it went smoothly and the girls are proud to bring their products home.

When Hasnah email me the photo a car Porche.... I cannot image how to design the cake for her. Couldnt use flower motive cos it's a 21yrs nephews birthday. So we discuss and since it is mostly grey colour, why not try something different rather than the normal pink, blue colour
