FHA Exhibition 2012

This is the 3rd time Ive attended the biggest Asia Food and Hotel Exhibition.... great stuff, many exhibitors from all over asia.... new technology in Baking etc....
This one above is the done via fresh cream cake.... good piping technique and airbrush. However you need a air-con environment to do this, or else... all will go melting
