Savoury Petite Four is the family of Chou Pastry...... since it is savoury lots spices and tomato paste is use. Unless cream puff the filings are usually like tuna and Egg cream fillings.

Caraway cream crackers....rolled into thin and cut with diamonds or square shape filled with herbs.
