Last weekend, I have had a great time decorating and tested my skill in many types of cake decorating teachniques. I hope this will help me more in pursing my dream to be a great baker!!!

At first I had mixed feeling about baking a bread.... but it turns out.... Wow!!

Birthday Cake

Yasmine.... my daughter, she loves music..... and always never stop telling me to use my imagination on how to bake a creative cake..... I wonder how she picked up the word "imagination" at 5 yrs old. I can't even spell my name when I was 5 yrs old.... hmmm.

I designed those for my daugher's 5th birthday... coupled with a birthday cake which she celebrated with her Kindergarten classsmate

It was in 1989, when my mum forced me to attend baking class cos she got tired of paying $25 just to eat her favourite Cake Lapis. From then on.... it was no turning back. Another all time Favourite.... 7" X 10" for festive season.

Where great baking begins

I've just completed my Baking course at BITC.

I have had a few and different reactions when I told my friends that I have a blog to share my passion for baking.... Some wondered how I have time to sit down facing the computer, but I choose to take all comments positively....
